PFC Paleo Fried Chicken
Chicken drumsticks - skin on.
Ingredients for coating:
Optional add paprika,chilli, cayenne pepper or anything else.
Cut the meat off the bone a pair of scissors makes this the easiest. Cut as close to the bone as you can and ensure the skin doesn't come off.
Salt the skin well and a little salt on the rest of the meat, then coat with the arrowroot mix.
Hot Pan fry skin side down first in fairly deep ghee, then turn the heat down to medium and cook until golden and the skin starts to crisp up.
Once cooked you can also jazz up with a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds.
